Incentivize customers to complete your survey with Shopify Gift Cards

We've heard from a lot of merchants you'd like to be able to have the option to reward customers who complete your surveys with a gift card to spend in your store. I have some exciting news - Shopify Gift Cards now integrated with UserLoop.

We already had an advanced discount code feature in the app which let you generate discount codes as rewards for customers completing your survey, so we're excited now also add gift cards as an option here.

Getting started with Gift Cards

The Shopify Gift Card feature in UserLoop allows you to generate unique gift cards for customers after they complete a survey. These gift cards are sent via email and can be used in your store, creating a direct link between feedback and rewards.

You will need to grant additional permissions from Shopify to UserLoop when you enable this feature for the first time.

Use Cases

This tool is versatile:

• Incentivize customers for completing long surveys.
• Reward customers who respond to feedback requests.
• Ideal for influencer collaborations or managing competitions.

Setting Up the Feature

Setting up is straightforward:

1. Access Surveys: Navigate to the surveys section in UserLoop.
2. Select a Survey: Choose the survey you want to attach the gift card to. For example, a customer satisfaction survey post-purchase.
3. Thank You Page Settings: On the thank you page, you'll find the new gift card option.
4. Shopify Permissions: Grant permissions to UserLoop to generate gift cards on your behalf.
5. Configure Settings: Set the gift card value and expiry. The value is set in your store's currency, and you can decide how long the gift card is valid.
