Is UserLoop Contests for Instagram free?
Your first eligible draw is free for new accounts when the post has up to 100 comments. Bigger posts use a one-time Campaign Pass: $9.99 for up to 1,000 comments, $24.99 for up to 5,000 comments, $99.99 for up to 50,000 comments. There is no subscription.
Do I need a Shopify store?
No. Contests for Instagram is an app for iPhone, iPad and the web for any brand or creator running a giveaway on Instagram. It is separate from UserLoop Contests for Shopify, which runs giveaways on your storefront.
Do I need to log in to Instagram?
No. The app never asks for your Instagram password or a connected Instagram account. It works from the URL of a public post or Reel.
How is the winner picked?
The app imports the comments from your post and draws winners at random across the imported entries. Every draw produces a record you can keep with your published rules and share with the announcement.
Does it work with Reels?
Yes. Public posts and Reels both work. Paste the URL and the app previews the visible comment count before you run the draw.
What is a Campaign Pass?
A Campaign Pass is a one-time purchase sized by how many comments your draw imports, from $9.99 for up to 1,000 comments. You pay per campaign instead of holding a monthly plan.
How is this different from UserLoop Contests for Shopify?
They are two apps in one product line. Contests for Shopify installs from the Shopify App Store and runs giveaways on your store with catalog prizes and Shopify billing. Contests for Instagram is an app for iPhone, iPad and the web that runs comment giveaways on public Instagram posts.

Yes. Download UserLoop Contests from the App Store for iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later. The app is currently in English. You can also use the browser app.
