Instagram Giveaway Picker
Paste Instagram entrant handles, remove duplicates, and pick one or more winners with cryptographically secure random selection in your browser.
Entries stay in this browser and are not uploaded. Duplicate entries are removed case-insensitively before each draw. Selection uses the Web Crypto API, but you must verify eligibility and keep your own draw record.
How to pick an Instagram giveaway winner
Copy the eligible handles from your promotion record, paste one handle per line or separate them with commas, choose the number of winners, and run the draw. Leading @ symbols and case-only duplicates are normalized before selection.
This lightweight tool does not connect to Instagram or scrape comments. That keeps entrant data in your browser, but it also means you are responsible for compiling and checking the eligible list.
Verify eligibility before announcing
- Confirm each selected entrant completed the actions required by your published rules.
- Check age, location, closing time, employee exclusions, and any required release before awarding a prize.
- Keep a copy of the eligible entrant list, rules, draw time, winner, and any redraw reason for your records.
Instagram promotions still need official rules
Meta’s promotion guidelines make the promoter responsible for lawful operation, eligibility terms, and applicable approvals. Instagram promotions must also include a release of Instagram and state that Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or associate with the promotion.

Does this picker import Instagram comments?
No. Paste the handles from your eligible entrant list. The tool does not use an Instagram API, request a login, scrape comments, or verify likes, follows, tags, or comment timing.
How are duplicate Instagram handles handled?
Leading @ symbols are removed and handles are compared case-insensitively, so @Alex and alex count as one entry. Review the final unique count before drawing.
Is the draw cryptographically random?
Selection uses the browser Web Crypto API with rejection sampling to avoid modulo bias. Random selection does not by itself prove eligibility or replace a documented promotion process.
