Cookie Policy
Latest update: July 15, 2026
This policy explains how Prodcel Ltd, trading as UserLoop ("UserLoop", "we", "us"), uses cookies and similar browser technologies on userloop.io. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
On your first visit, optional analytics and advertising technologies are off. You can accept all optional technologies, reject them, or choose by purpose. Your choice applies globally and is saved for 180 days in the userloop_consent cookie.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops the affected scripts on the next page load and removes the first-party cookies we can access. Cookies created directly by another provider may also need to be removed using your browser controls or that provider's opt-out tools.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep advertising technologies disabled.

Necessary
Necessary technologies support core site functions, security, requested features, and your privacy choices. They cannot be disabled through our cookie settings.

Advertising
With your permission, Meta, X, and Reddit technologies measure advertising campaigns and may associate a visit with activity on their services. These providers may use information for cross-site measurement or advertising under their own policies.

Features that load immediately
The following features load when a relevant page is displayed so that they are immediately available. They are not controlled by the analytics or advertising choices above:
- the Chatwoot support widget, which may use local browser storage for support state and conversations;
- HubSpot forms on downloadable-resource pages;
- Tella video players on release pages; and
- UserLoop's own survey embeds.
These services receive ordinary connection information such as IP address, browser details, referring page, and request time. If you interact with a form, survey, video, or support conversation, they also receive the information you submit or the actions needed to provide that feature. See our Privacy Policy for further details.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies and site data. Blocking necessary storage may stop parts of the site from working correctly. Browser controls may need to be applied separately on each browser and device you use.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the purposes or providers materially change and request fresh consent where required. Questions can be sent to james@userloop.io.
