Entries stay in this browser and are not uploaded. Duplicate entries are removed case-insensitively before each draw. Selection uses the Web Crypto API, but you must verify eligibility and keep your own draw record.
A simple random picker for clean entrant lists
Paste one name or handle per line, or use comma-separated entries. The tool removes case-only duplicates, draws without replacement, and keeps the list inside your browser.
Use it for a small giveaway when you already have a final eligible list. For weighted entries, referrals, photo moderation, automated terms, Klaviyo sync, or a full winner lifecycle, use a contest platform that records those rules directly.
Create an auditable winner process
- Freeze the eligible list after the published closing time and before drawing.
- Record the rules, entrant count, date and time of selection, winners, alternates, and any redraw reason.
- Contact the selected person privately and verify eligibility before making a public announcement.
Random is not the same as weighted
Every unique line in this picker has one equal chance. If your rules award bonus entries for referrals or actions, calculate and preserve those weights in your contest system rather than pasting the same name repeatedly into an undocumented draw.

Can I choose more than one giveaway winner?
Yes. Set the winner count before drawing. Winners are selected without replacement, so the same normalized entrant cannot win twice in one draw.
Does UserLoop store the entrant list?
No. This picker processes the pasted list in your browser and does not upload it to UserLoop. Closing or refreshing the page clears the current list.
Can I use bonus or weighted entries?
This tool gives every unique entrant one equal chance. Use the UserLoop Contests app or another documented contest platform when your rules award different entry weights.
