UserLoop

Editorial and review policy

UserLoop publishes practical guidance about customer surveys, ecommerce research, contests, and the software used to run them. Our aim is to make each page useful on its own, whether or not a reader uses UserLoop.

How we research content

We use public product documentation, official pricing pages, Shopify App Store listings, reputable statistical references, and hands-on product knowledge. Sources are linked where a claim needs independent verification. We do not invent customer results, testimonials, credentials, or private benchmarks.

Product and comparison pages

Competitor features and prices are checked against official public sources at publication and scheduled for review at least every 90 days. We state when another product is a better fit for a use case and distinguish “not found in public documentation” from “does not exist.”

Calculators and generators

Tool pages explain their formula, assumptions, and limitations. Results are educational and should be checked against the needs of a specific research, legal, or promotional programme.

Corrections and updates

Material corrections are made as soon as we verify them. A visible reviewed date is added only when a page has actually been reviewed. Older articles may retain their original publication date and collective byline until a substantive review is completed.

Content is currently published by the collective UserLoop editorial team. Last reviewed: .
