Who can join the partner program?
Anyone who recommends tools to Shopify stores: agencies, freelancers, consultants, creators, and merchants. Applications are reviewed by the UserLoop team before approval.
How are referrals tracked?
You declare each referral in your partner dashboard by submitting the store's myshopify.com domain and the app you introduced, after it is installed. UserLoop reviews and confirms the referral. Approved partners also get share links for each app.
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings clear after a 45-day hold and revenue confirmation, then pay out from a $50 minimum. Payouts combine both apps into one USD payment, and every payout comes with a statement in your dashboard.
Do both apps really count?
Yes. UserLoop Surveys and UserLoop Contests each carry their own agreement under one partner account, with the same default terms, and your earnings combine into a single payout.
Can I get custom terms?
Yes. Individually agreed terms are built into the program and take precedence over the defaults. If you bring a book of clients, talk to us. Your dashboard always shows the agreement that applies to you.
What are the ground rules?
